March 12th Book launch for ‘Rachel Sarai’s Vineyard’ Deborah Rey’s novel about a small child growing up in wartime Holland and acting as a courier for the resistance, Published by Merilang Press. 7pm for drinks and nibbles. There will be an open mic session later in the evening.

April 18th Launch of Maggie Harris’ poetry collection ‘After a Visit to a Botanic Garden’, published by Cane Arrow Press. Maggie was born in Guyana and has lived in the UK since 1971.

Fancy freeing up your creative juices with like-minded people? Want to pick up a pen, let your imagination wander, cast your words to the winds? Whether your interest is in poetry or prose, our course will provide opportunities for you to explore or expand your writing skills. Tutored by Marcus Moore and Sara-Jane Arbury, (their third year at Ceridwen). Course fee is £185 for full-board with a reduced fee for non-resident students.
